Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and produce high quality print, digital, and PowerPoint materials in support of Medical Communication initiatives (e.g., payer marketing, value tools, launch materials, unbranded/abovebrand campaigns)
Translate complex scientific, economic, and access narratives into clear, engaging visual storytelling
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables
Apply knowledge of Medical Communication audiences to creative decision making
Participate in concept development and iterative refinement based on strategic objectives and stakeholder feedback
Proactively propose new approaches, layouts, or visual systems to enhance clarity and impact
Partner closely with Account, Medical, Strategy, and Project Management teams to deliver on time and on brief
Incorporate medical/legal/regulatory feedback accurately and efficiently
Build trust and credibility with cross-functional colleagues through strong communication and reliability
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
3-5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency environment
Prior experience supporting Medical Communications, Market Access, Managed Markets, or payer focused work preferred
Or equivalent combination of education, professional training and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong PowerPoint design expertise
Figma/XD skills
Working knowledge of print and digital production processes
AI related skills and experience
Video editing/motion graphics skills are a plus
