Responsibilities

• Create dynamic, thoughtful, and persuasive visuals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in a positive and professional manner.

• Prepare print-ready files that abide by industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency environment.
• Portfolio of dynamic, conceptual work.
• Demonstrated knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator in a Mac environment.
• Experience with creating print-ready files.
• A sense of ownership and responsibility over your work product.
• Comfort and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment under set deadlines, even while working remotely.

Preferred

• Experience in designing direct mail
• Illustration skills
• A special interest in politics, progressive causes, or activism
• Experience working with Dropbox and Slack
