As a contractor, you'll engage closely on active projects, with deeper team integration as the relationship grows.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is as comfortable crafting a brand identity system as they are designing a pixel-perfect website. You're someone who:

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive brand identities -- logo, visual language, typography, color systems, iconography, and full brand standards documentation
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems that perform consistently across digital, print, and environmental applications
• Lead website design from concept through production with a strong command of UX principles, responsive design, and WordPress theme customization
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is executed with precision -- balancing aesthetics, usability, accessibility, and web standards
• Extend brand systems across all touchpoints: social media, email marketing, print collateral, signage, and packaging
• Present brand concepts and rationale to clients with confidence and strategic insight
• Stay current with design trends and actively contribute knowledge sharing across the team

You Should Have

• 7+ years of agency or in-house graphic design experience
• Formal education in graphic design from an accredited program
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
• Understanding of UX design principles and best practices
• WordPress theme design and customization experience
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective execution across multiple mediums
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client projects while meeting deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

Preferred

• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce design
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Campaign Monitor, Klaviyo)
• Knowledge of social media marketing and Canva
• Basic knowledge of packaging design and signage
• Motion graphics or video editing capabilities
