Role Description
The Senior Executive Vice President, Projects, is a full-time, remote leadership role. The individual in this position will oversee the execution and management of high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing project timelines while ensuring teams deliver measurable results. The role also involves mentoring project managers, fostering collaborations across business units, and owning the overall success of diverse projects.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in guiding large, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Expertise in strategic planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to leverage problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle challenges and risks effectively.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions in integrated communication and advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with communication tools, project management software, and digital platforms is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
