Proven track record independently owning client relationships and leading teams with minimal oversight. Bachelor’s degree is not required.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of education, workforce development, philanthropy and/or social impact. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, projects and people simultaneously, with a focus on results and meeting deadlines.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to senior clients. Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make decisions independently.
  • Travel: Periodic travel (1-2 trips quarterly) for client meetings, strategic planning sessions and industry events will be required.
