Job Description

Formulate and execute the long-term marketing technology roadmap to consolidate disparate platforms, minimize technical debt, and ensure scalability and cost efficiency across North American business lines
Govern the architecture of the end-to-end digital customer journey across web properties, landing systems, and automated messaging endpoints to drive transaction conversion rates
Architect and oversee the enterprise inbound lead management pipeline, ensuring automated capture, structural data enrichment, speed-to-lead routing logic, and system integration with downstream sales platforms
Oversee the evolution and structural maintenance of authenticated customer portals to expand digital self-service capabilities, customer personalization, and targeted cross-sell workflows
Direct the evaluation, piloting, and scaled deployment of artificial intelligence applications, chatbot natural language processing, and advanced communication automation tools within the marketing stack
Establish a rigorous data-driven experimentation and testing framework to optimize user experience, messaging hierarchies, and conversion funnels
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Information Technology executive leaders to align cross-functional system infrastructure, compliance parameters, and master data models
Build advanced performance measurement frameworks to track and report multi-channel marketing attribution, pipeline performance, and return on investment for technology acquisitions
Manage direct reports, assign departmental resource allocations, and direct external vendor partnerships and technical consulting relationships
