Job Description

Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
Establish positioning across data center, AI, and energy infrastructure markets
Build and scale the marketing function (team, partners, tools, processes)
Own and develop all written content: executive communications, thought leadership, website and digital content, client and partner collateral
Translate complex infrastructure, energy, and AI concepts into clear, compelling messaging
Ensure consistency of voice across all external channels
Lead PR strategy and media engagement
Manage press releases, announcements, and industry positioning
Support executive visibility, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership placement
Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials

Requirements

10–15+ years of marketing experience, with leadership at the Director or Senior Director level
Experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, AI, enterprise technology, or energy/power/utilities
Exceptional writing and storytelling capability
Strong background in PR, communications, and brand positioning
Experience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, digital, brand, demand generation)
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Comfortable building function from the ground up in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience supporting investor communications, proposals, or capital-related materials preferred
