Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Director for Marketing and Client Services is responsible for overseeing the performance, including budget and revenue, of marketing professionals and multiple growth initiatives who also serves to build, maintain and strengthen the university's relationships with internal and external clients.
  • This position serves as a senior level liaison with university clients and customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice ensuring all marketing efforts and needs of respective customers are being met.
  • Consulting on client marketing, media, and communications strategies across all accounts and media channels, ensuring internal client satisfaction and retention, promoting communication and integration across all account teams, and helping to drive growth through excellent service delivery.
  • This role will partner with key stakeholders to provide strategy, identify employer needs and opportunities, deliver solutions, troubleshoot problem areas, as well as take ownership of client satisfaction and experience.
