Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise marketing strategy across channels, markets, and client priorities to drive growth and brand differentiation.
• Translate strategy into focused messaging, campaigns, and execution plans that fuel client wins and talent attraction.
• Partner with Growth, Operations, Client Leads, and market leaders to support revenue growth and strategic pursuits.
• Develop positioning, messaging, presentations, qualifications, and client-facing materials that help open doors and reinforce Core States' ability to deliver.
• Provide market insights and communication support to help leaders make growth decisions and increase visibility into wins and client opportunities.
• Equip market teams with tools and messaging to deepen client relationships and expand existing relationships through earned trust.
• Lead internal marketing and communication efforts to help employees understand strategy and how their work connects to it.
• Strengthen employee pride, clarity, engagement, and connection of the Core States story to the workforce.
• Partner with HR and leadership to communicate culture, recruiting, onboarding, and key company initiatives.
• Enable leaders to deliver clear, consistent business communications while increasing visibility into market activity and strategic priorities.
