Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic communication initiatives
• Develop and implement media and public relations strategies
• Craft impactful messaging to amplify the organization’s voice
• Manage press releases
• Build and maintain relationships with the media
• Ensure consistency and alignment in internal and external communications

Requirements

• Expertise in crafting Press Releases and proficiency in Media Relations
• Strong understanding and ability to implement Strategic Communications and Public Relations strategies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages effectively to diverse audiences
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple communication projects efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus

Preferred

• Experience in the financial services or professional services industry is preferred
