Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop overarching Microsoft AI narrative for product and industry messaging.
  • Proactively surface and manage critical industry issues and stories and their relationship to Microsoft AI.
  • Manage a team to deliver high-quality, high-craft, strategic comms plan and deliverables that communicates the CEO’s vision.
  • Create and drive simple, clear and high-quality content calendars and program schedules, ensuring visibility and adequate review time.
  • Collaborate across Microsoft teams to develop storytelling opportunities.
  • Lead the team in the development of materials for vision memos, Town Halls, and key customer engagements.
  • Monitor and analyze messaging impact and develop responses across channels.
  • Draft external and reactive communications as needed.
  • Lead the community of communication professionals across Microsoft AI to build cohesive messaging and deep organization collaboration.
  • Lead a team to deliver all internal communications, end-to-end production of town halls and events, including logistics and vendor coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years people management experience
