Job Summary

Drive Collibra’s global brand leadership and creative execution across enterprise, web, social, and PR to shape perception and demand.

  • Must-have: 10+ years in brand strategy or creative leadership with 5+ years leading diverse teams.
  • Standout: Experience integrating across creative, web, social, and PR with strong agency partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand architecture and narrative leadership: You'll be the guardian and visionary of the Collibra brand, bringing the waffle (our logo) to life. You’ll own the pen as we evolve our narrative in partnership with executive leadership, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen, while ensuring Collibra, Collibra Public Sector, and Deasy Labs all show up with consistency and conviction. You’ll keep a sharp eye on the competitive landscape and the broader tech world, bringing inspiration that keeps our brand thinking ahead of the curve.
  • Creative strategy (design and video): A great brand lives or dies in execution and it goes well beyond the color wheel. You'll set the creative direction that pushes our visual identity forward, define how it shows up in bold, unexpected ways, and keep the team focused on the work that moves the needle most.
  • Digital experience (web properties): Our web properties are often the first handshake between Collibra and the world. You'll ensure that handshake is strong while overseeing collibra.com and all web properties so they perform, convert, and reflect the very best of our brand and platform messaging.
  • Social media: You'll shape how Collibra, Collibra Public Sector, and Deasy Labs show up in the social conversation, driving channel strategy and growth while advising on how our executives build their presence and point of view in the market.
  • Public Relations: You'll lead our PR strategy and agency relationship with intention, identifying the moments where Collibra's voice can cut through and positioning our executives as genuine thought leaders in the spaces that matter most.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, corporate PR, or creative leadership, with at least 5 years managing high-performing, diverse teams.
  • A proven track record building and evolving enterprise brand strategies at a senior level and have the “scars and wins” to show for it.
  • A clear point of view on how AI is reshaping buyer behavior, content, creativity, and communications. Moreover, you know how to position a brand that's relevant, credible, and compelling in that moment.
  • The instincts of a storyteller combined with the discipline of an operator. You can build the governance, KPIs, and frameworks to make a vision real.
  • Extensive experience leading and integrating across creative, web, social, and PR, with a track record of building high-performing teams and agency partnerships that punch above their weight.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to earn trust across functions, influence without authority, and bring out the best in the people and partners around you, all while keeping the customer at the center of every decision.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
