Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a senior digital media specialist at Level20, you’ll support the development and execution of performance-driven media campaigns for new products being brought to market.
  • In this role, you'll lead campaign execution across core digital channels including search, affiliate, display, and social, ensuring efforts are aligned to acquisition goals and optimized for scale.
  • You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager as well as analytics, creative partners, and vendors to guide media planning, define testing roadmaps, and drive measurable results.
  • Acting as the channel expert, you&aposll own day-to-day campaign management and make real-time optimizations based on performance.

Requirements

  • - High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 8 years related marketing or digital media experience
  • - Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years related marketing or digital media experience

Preferred

  • - Hands-on experience managing and buying campaigns in Google Ads
  • - Experience executing across affiliate networks and search and social platforms such as Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other emerging paid social channels
  • - Proven ability to operate independently in a low-process environment; Capable of owning media execution and making timely, performance-based decisions
  • - Experience developing and executing structured testing plans to identify high-performing campaigns and inform future media investment
  • - Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate; ability to use performance data to guide channel decisions, optimize spend, and define processes when needed; experience partnering with creative and analytics teams to build, optimize, and refine campaigns that drive measurable results
