Job Description
Responsibilities
- You've got 6+ years of agency design experience and a portfolio that showcases your knack for creating stunning, innovative designs.
- You're a presentation and communication whiz, ready to engage with both our team and our clients daily.
- You should be comfortable with AI and emerging creative tools as part of the design workflow, including concepting, exploration, and execution.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of agency experience.
- This is an on-site role in our bustling North Loop Minneapolis office, with a dash of remote work for flexibility.
- A solid portfolio brimming with diverse digital design work.
- Proficiency with Figma, and the full Adobe suite.
- Familiarity with AI image generation and emerging creative tools; comfortable using them as part of your process for concepting, exploration, and execution.
Preferred
- Motion/3D skills.
- Front-end development skills.
