Job Description

The Role

Think Traffic is looking for a Senior Designer who can concept, create, and execute across channels for our casino, resort, and entertainment clients. This is a hands-on design role with real creative ownership—you’ll be building campaigns, not just production assets. You should be comfortable moving between brand identity work, digital campaigns, social content, motion, and print, and you should have the strategic instincts to understand why a design works, not just how to make it look good. This is a contract role with the opportunity to convert full time.

Our clients are primarily in the casino and resort gaming space, with additional work across hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands on the West Coast and in Las Vegas. If you understand how to speak to those audiences—and you’ve done it before—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept and design integrated campaigns across digital, social, motion, and print
  • Develop brand identities, visual systems, and campaign toolkits for casino, resort, and entertainment clients
  • Partner with creative directors and copywriters to push ideas from brief through execution
  • Create compelling visuals for social media, paid digital, email, OOH, and in-property signage
  • Design and animate motion graphics for digital and social platforms
  • Present work to internal teams and participate in client-facing creative presentations
  • Adapt and extend brand systems across multiple touchpoints while maintaining consistency and quality

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally with agency or studio background
  • A portfolio that shows campaign thinking—not just individual assets, but ideas that scale across channels
  • Experience in casino, resort, hospitality, or entertainment branding is strongly preferred
  • Strong conceptual skills: you can develop a creative idea from a strategic brief, not just execute someone else’s
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Comfortable with motion design and animation for digital and social
  • Proficient with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.)—not as a novelty, but as an integrated part of how you ideate, iterate, and produce work
  • Excellent typography, composition, and color instincts
  • You can talk about your work—articulate the thinking behind the design, not just the aesthetics
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, visual communication, or related field

Bonus Points

  • Experience designing for casino or resort properties—you understand the regulatory, cultural, and aesthetic nuances
  • Photography, video editing, or art direction experience
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or interactive design tools
  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment where you’re juggling multiple clients and deadlines

To Apply

Include a link to your portfolio in your application—we review work first. Make sure yours tells the story of your thinking, not just your output.
