About the role

The Senior Designer is a highly skilled visual storyteller who transforms ideas into compelling, on-brand creative across print, digital, social, presentations, and experiential touchpoints. Combining exceptional design craft with strategic thinking, they partner with cross-functional teams to elevate concepts into polished, impactful work. Curious about emerging technologies—including AI—they embrace new tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and deliver innovative solutions while maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

What you'll do

• Create compelling visual solutions grounded in strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and layout. 
• Partner with senior creatives to develop, refine, and extend brand identities and visual systems across a range of client engagements. 
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality creative across print, presentations, digital, social, and other marketing channels. 
• Design polished, engaging PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, workshops, and new business opportunities. 
• Ensure creative work is accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time by collaborating closely with project teams throughout the creative process. 
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, explore creative directions, generate variations, and enhance workflows—while applying strong creative judgment, craftsmanship, and originality to every final deliverable. 
• Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI capabilities, bringing fresh thinking and new approaches to the team. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline. 
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience 
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design fundamentals, including typography, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint. 
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and an eagerness to incorporate them thoughtfully into the design process. 
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and receptive to feedback, with a desire to continuously learn, grow, and elevate the quality of your work.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
