Job Description
- Design and contribute art direction and brand storytelling across evo’s full channel mix, including: Paid social and digital (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Email, display, and programmatic
- Video and motion-based formats
- Translate brand strategy into compelling creative narratives that feel authentic, differentiated, and consistent across every channel
- Partner with Growth Marketing to plan and execute creative testing roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with copy to develop clear, compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs
- Build and evolve modular creative systems that scale efficiently across channels and formats
- Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand health
- Maintain high craft standards while working within fast production timelines
- Play a lead role in creative reviews - providing clear, constructive feedback and helping elevate the work of peers, junior designers, and production designers
