About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Designer who is a true master of their craft — someone with exceptional taste, speed, and fluency across both traditional design tools and modern AI-powered workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and presentation. You’ll be responsible for building creative presentations from the ground up, elevating and refining decks built by other teams, and translating ideas into compelling visual narratives. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Producers to bring ideas to life — often under tight timelines and high expectations.

The ideal candidate is as comfortable designing a custom deck system in Figma as they are compositing photorealistic mockups in Photoshop or generating concept imagery using the latest AI image-generation models. You understand when to use traditional craft, when to use AI, and how to combine both seamlessly to create work that feels intentional, elevated, and persuasive.

What You’ll Do

Design & Craft Excellence

• Design high-impact creative presentations from scratch, including custom layouts, templates, and visual systems.
• Elevate, refine, and polish decks created by other teams — bringing consistency, clarity, and taste to the final output.
• Translate creative ideas into compelling visual stories that help sell concepts internally and to clients.
• Create logos and visual identity systems for new brands and graphic systems and guidelines within preexisting brands
• Maintain an exceptional bar for typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and overall craft.

Presentation & Concept Visualization

• Create proof-of-concept visuals, mockups, and design explorations that help ideas feel tangible and real.
• Build clear, persuasive visual narratives that support creative strategy and storytelling.
• Work across Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint with speed and confidence.

Collaboration & Execution

• Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to visualize ideas quickly and effectively.
• Respond to feedback with flexibility and professionalism, iterating efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining speed, accuracy, and craft under pressure.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skillset

• 5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
• Experience supporting creative pitches or high-stakes client presentations.
• Experience in logo and visual identity design, brand guide buildouts, and evolving and refreshing brand guidelines.
• Mastery of core design tools including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Deep experience designing presentations across Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in design, compositing, image manipulation, and visual storytelling.

Creative Mindset

• A strong eye and instinct for developing ideas that don’t just look great—but are designed to capture attention, create dialogue, and earn their place in culture.
• Genuine obsession with the brands and audiences you work on—you immerse yourself in their world and bring that knowledge into every brief, brainstorm, and execution.
• Exceptional attention to detail—you know what “good” looks like and won’t settle for less.
• Strong understanding of current design, cultural, and visual trends.
• Ability to think conceptually while executing with precision and speed.

Skills & Tools

• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Advanced proficiency in AI-assisted design workflows — including generative image and layout tools (Gemini, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Claude, Adobe Firefly, Sora, etc.)
• Expert-level presentation design across Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma—including component systems, prototyping, and collaborative file management.
• Understanding of production design constraints for print, merch, OOH, and experiential formats.

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 + our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. We reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
