You will shape national and global corporate relationships that fuel Habitat’s work in more than 70 countries. Your creativity, strategy, and relationship-building skills will directly support families and communities around the world.

Location and Travel

This position is fully remote within the United States. You will have the flexibility to work from your home while collaborating with colleagues and partners across the country and around the world. This role requires approximately 30 percent domestic travel partner meetings, prospecting activities, events, and other key engagements.

Role Purpose

You will lead the development, cultivation, and stewardship of high-value corporate partnerships, primarily with Fortune 500 companies. You will manage a portfolio that generates between 5 and 10 million dollars annually and collaborate across HFHI’s global network to design innovative, mission-aligned partnerships that advance affordable housing worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop and execute strategic, partner-centered plans that align corporate goals with Habitat’s mission.

*Identify, cultivate, and secure new national and global corporate partnerships while strengthening existing relationships.

*Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that inspire corporate engagement.

*Negotiate complex, multi-year commitments in collaboration with legal, finance, and program teams.

*Provide high-touch stewardship that ensures partner satisfaction and long-term growth.

*Collaborate with HFHI affiliates and global teams to maximize partnership value and ensure seamless execution.

*Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance using CRM systems and forecasting tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

*5+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or prospect development

*Proven success securing six and seven figure multiyear commitments from Fortune 500 companies

*Experience with international partnership strategy and development

*Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility, cause marketing, sponsorships, and employee engagement

*Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

*Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating a complex organization

*Strong project management, analytics, and reporting capabilities

*Commitment to HFHI values: Humility, Courage, Accountability, and safeguarding practices

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

*Experience with Blackbaud CRM or similar platforms

*Background in sales, marketing, or public relations

*Knowledge of and passion for Habitat’s global mission

Compensation and Benefits

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $107,360-$126,300 per year.
