Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading a team of creative strategists and creative producers that deliver high quality creative concepts on a variety of projects
Working closely and collaboratively with our data and strategy teams and client management teams to ensure best in class content ideation, product and delivery across our client roster
Ensuring the team output remains of the highest standard across the department
Leading on the pitch development process for creative projects within the Social Video Services department

Requirements

4+ years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience
Team Management Experience
Remote Experience
Excellent knowledge of YouTube and social video platforms and a clear awareness of the differences between them when it comes to effective native video content
A mastery of YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook analytics and how they should inform platform-specific creative
Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere - After Effects is a bonus!
Experience producing social video (timecodes) and shooting content (in person)
Outstanding leadership and management skills, a willingness to train, delegate, and elevate your team
A thought leadership mentality, and up to date on the latest creative trends within the industry
A great communicator, both written and verbal
