Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead social media–led content strategies that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion, with a strong focus on influencing sales and business outcomes
  • Translate business and brand objectives into content pillars, messaging frameworks, and platform-specific approaches
  • Lead social content direction across organic and paid channels, ensuring alignment with broader owned channels (web, email, print, etc.)
  • Identify content opportunities that support brand reputation, education, sales enablement, and member engagement
  • Partner with demand generation to align paid social targeting, messaging, and strategy
  • Serve as the content strategy lead within cross-functional teams to embed content early in planning and execution, collaborating with brand, communication , creative and marketing partners
  • Develop clear, strategic creative briefs and guide execution across internal teams and agency partners
  • Create and contribute to social-first content, including graphics and videos with the ability to concept, script, produce and participate as on-camera talent as needed
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, channel best practices, and audience needs while optimizing for performance
  • Manage editorial calendars, identify content gaps, and support workflow execution using tools like SproutSocial

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Preferred

  • Experience working with content creation software such as Canva or CapCut
  • Exposure to Ai creation tools
