Job Summary

Own the communications mission by turning business goals into clear, compelling messaging across internal and external channels, coordinating media relations, and steering change and brand campaigns through cross-organization collaboration.

  • Collaborate with partners to design and execute plans that align with objectives.
  • Research, write, and proofread content for intranets, emails, talking points, press releases, and social posts, then measure impact for refinement.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental campaigns and special projects (change communications, launches, brand programs) with a focus on audience engagement and outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and execute internal and external communications plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Research, write and proofread internal and external communications, such as intranet articles, email messages, talking points, press releases and social media posts.
  • Assist with media relations, press release development, compliance reviews and coordination of media engagements.
  • Track campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and business impact to refine communication approach.
  • Support special projects such as organizational change communications, initiative launches, brand campaigns, and cultural programs that require creative planning and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Stay up to date with media landscape and industry developments and help generate new ideas for audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of professional communications experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and mediums
  • Ability to translate business objectives into communications approaches
  • Strong problem solving/critical thinking capability
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong team player who can work effectively across multiple teams

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the securities industry, financial markets and related terminology
  • Agency experience
