Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Narrative Amplification: Develop and activate storytelling campaigns that position Adobe’s executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts as authoritative voices across creativity, AI, content, and productivity.
  • Proactive Media Engine: Identify white space opportunities across traditional and emerging platforms to drive sustained visibility and engagement.
  • Thought Leadership & Platform Development: Build multi-channel visibility programs that extend beyond interviews! This can be contributed content, speaking engagements, live and virtual events, social amplification, and strategic partnerships.
  • Executive & Spokesperson Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and spokespeople. Provide message development, interview preparation, platform strategy, and real-time counsel in high-visibility moments.
  • Media Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, producers, creators and influential voices that are shaping the creativity and technology landscape.
  • Insights & Measurement: Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and media performance to inform strategy. Identify emerging platforms and continuously optimize impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Adobe communications teams as well as Product Marketing and Social to ensure a unified company narrative across channels.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of communications or media strategy experience, preferably in tech
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated media campaigns across traditional and non-traditional channels
  • Strong network of business and technology media, including digital-first and emerging platforms
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders or spokespeople in high-visibility situations
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller with ability to simplify and emotively express complex narratives
  • Highly collaborative, self-starter with expertise in managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, Creative Writing, Political Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Background, curiosity, and passion for software, technology, innovation, and creativity
  • Strong attention to detail
