Job Summary

Own clinical education content and programs for interventional cardiology and peripheral markets, turning evidence into clear messaging and building physician relationships while scaling KOL activities and cross‑functional alignment.

  • Clinical content ownership: SME for coronary/peripheral topics and translate evidence into messaging for commercial teams and customers.
  • Education program design and execution: create materials, run HCP programs, and manage logistics across regions.
  • Cross-functional influence: partner with CMA, Sales, and Product Marketing to improve content, messaging, and program impact; include field feedback and performance tracking.

Job Description

  • Serving as a clinical content and coronary and/or peripheral subject matter expert for the commercial team and customers
  • Helping translate clinical evidence and product data into clear and engaging messaging
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining clinical education materials, including slide decks and training tools
  • Executing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement activities, fostering strong professional relationships and supporting strategic partnership objectives
  • Working cross-functionally with CMA, Sales leadership, and Global Strategic Marketing to increase North American podium presence
  • Facilitating execution and logistics of HCP-led education programs (e.g., Speaker programs and PCI/CTO Champions) to expand customer knowledge of products and procedures
  • Supporting the design, content development, and launch of new HCP education programs
  • Executing Teleflex-led programs to deliver consistent, high-quality education across regions
  • Coordinating with internal teams and faculty to support program execution
  • Assisting with tracking, reporting, and documentation of program performance and HCP engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree required: advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, or clinical degree) preferred
  • 5+ years in cardiovascular and/or peripheral medical device marketing, sales, or clinical
  • Demonstrated experience in Interventional Cardiology and/or Peripheral market
  • MBA, MS, MPH, or clinical degree preferred
  • Proven track record delivering physician education
  • Strong ability to build physician relationships
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial interpretation
