About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned, highly organized, and operationally excellent Senior Broadcast Events Producer to lead the planning, crewing, and execution of world-class corporate broadcast events and sports productions.

This is more than a production role, it’s an opportunity to be at the center of fast-moving, high-impact events where no two days are the same. You’ll play a critical role in bringing complex productions to life, owning everything from logistics and staffing to vendor management, budgets, and on-site execution. When the lights go up and the show runs seamlessly, you’re a big part of the reason why.

The ideal candidate is equal parts operational powerhouse and calm, confident leader. You thrive in high-pressure environments, communicate effortlessly with executive and C-level clients, and know how to keep teams aligned, energized, and focused when the pace intensifies. You’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and deeply organized, with the instincts to know when to delegate, when to escalate, and how to keep productions moving forward without missing a beat.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves live production, the adrenaline, the teamwork, the problem-solving, and the shared sense of accomplishment that comes from pulling off something extraordinary together.

If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, enjoy travel and dynamic schedules, and want to work alongside a passionate team producing best-in-class events, this is your opportunity to make an impact at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end planning, crewing, and execution of corporate broadcast events and sports productions from pre-production through strike.
  • Build and manage detailed production schedules, call sheets, crew lists, and shipping/logistics plans across assigned projects.
  • Oversee crewing decisions, including freelancer selection, rate negotiation, contracting, and day-to-day crew management on-site and remotely.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all freelancers and third-party vendors, managing relationships, enforcing company policies, and ensuring clear communication throughout every project.
  • You’re the primary steward of production budgets from initial estimate through final reconciliation, including invoice review, expense tracking, and cost control across all project spend.
  • Manage all load-in, load-out, and strike logistics including equipment shipping, venue integration, F&B coordination, and on-site setup to ensure smooth execution from arrival to wrap.
  • Ensure full union compliance across all productions, including adherence to IATSE and Teamsters agreements, labor regulations, and applicable workplace policies.
  • Act as a confident, professional, and client-facing representative of OS Studios on-site, comfortable engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders across all client organizations.
  • Ensure all productions are delivered in accordance with client expectations, technical requirements, company standards, and applicable policies and laws.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production challenges before they escalate, maintaining calm and organized execution across even the most complex, concurrent event schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production documentation across all projects, including tracking systems, status reports, and post-event reconciliations.
  • Enforce company standards, confidentiality obligations, and applicable policies across all productions and vendor relationships.
  • Own post-show debriefs and ensure learnings translate into measurable improvements across future productions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in broadcast production, live event production, or production management in corporate broadcast or sports environments.
  • Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor live broadcast productions with concurrent event schedules in corporate, sports, or entertainment environments.
  • Solid working knowledge of broadcast production workflows and technology, including a basic understanding of control room operations, signal flow, and live event infrastructure.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple productions simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical crews, internal teams, executive clients, and third-party vendors.
  • A natural problem-solver who stays calm under pressure, knows when to delegate and when to escalate, and can make confident decisions in real time during live productions.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Asana, and other project management and collaboration tools; experience with production scheduling platforms and rundown software preferred.
  • Genuinely open to frequent travel and comfortable working non-uniform hours across time zones as productions demand.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • This is a remote position. Travel varies with the production calendar and can be significant during busy event windows.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to the demands of a fast-moving, multi-client production calendar.
  • Employees are expected to comply with all company policies, confidentiality obligations, and applicable employment and data protection laws.
