Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use insights and data to author, revise and/or update coherent strategies and positioning frameworks for all WWGS banners and brands (as needed).
  • Own and up-level brand guidelines, strategic narratives, partnership tenets, and messaging architecture for all grocery brands, keeping them current as the market and the business evolves.
  • Contribute perspective to cadenced reporting and narratives (MBR, QBR, PR/FAQ) and present brand performance insights to senior leaders.
  • Earn trust with stakeholders and proactively influence partner team roadmaps and outputs ensuring brand coherence across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with diverse stakeholder teams to shape campaign narratives, validate concepts, and drive brand alignment from ideation through execution.
  • Elevate the quality of marketing creative to reflect brand differentiators and drive customer relevance.
  • Increased awareness and meaning for WFM, 365, Amazon Saver, Amazon Grocery.
  • Perceptual gains for all brands in overall relevance and value perception.
  • Quantifiable boost to WFM’s equities in Health, Quality and Unique items.
  • Increased customer consideration for Amazon Saver and Amazon Grocery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
