Job Summary

Own end-to-end event delivery and post-event optimization for hybrid and virtual formats, coordinating planning, budgeting, and logistics for measurable outcomes.

  • Event Execution: own pre-event planning, venue research, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
  • Team Collaboration: partner with senior members to shape and deliver event projects and ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
  • Measurement & Optimization: manage post-event reporting to drive continuous improvement and impact analysis.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • support the delivery of events across in person, hybrid and virtual formats
  • using Cvent or similar event management platforms and Zoom
  • partner with senior team members to help shape and deliver event projects
  • coordinate venue research
  • pre event planning
  • budget management
  • transportation logistics
  • invoice processing
  • post event reporting to help measure outcomes and support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ of experience in event marketing or a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications, or previous experience in a similar event management role (minimum 3 years)
  • flexibility to work outside standard business hours, support weekend events and travel within the US when required
  • Experience using Cvent or a similar event management platform
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services or a corporate environment is an advantage.
