Job Description
Responsibilities
- QBR Ownership: Own the production cycle across franchises — pulling data, building the deck, and incorporating leadership feedback through final delivery, on a fixed quarterly deadline.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with stakeholders across Paid, Lifecycle, Events, and Consumer Revenue to gather performance context for QBRs, and keep projects on schedule between reporting cycles by tracking open items and following up directly.
- Paid Acquisition: Execute paid acquisition campaigns: launching campaigns, testing new ad creative, monitoring spend and key performance metrics, and optimizing as needed.
- Experience running acquisition campaigns for podcast and YouTube subscriber growth is preferred.
- Cross-Franchise Performance Tracking: Own the operational layer for audience growth measurement — keeping a constant pulse on the dashboards and reports that track podcast, video, newsletter, and social growth, and keeping metrics and definitions consistent as new products and channels are added.
- Research and Analysis: Use data and insights to identify trends and suggest optimization and testing opportunities. Assist in the execution and measurement of these efforts.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in marketing, media, audience development, or a related analytics or operations function.
- Experience owning a recurring reporting deliverable (e.g., a weekly dashboard, monthly performance review, or quarterly report) in a professional context.
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns for podcast or YouTube subscriber growth strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools like Lightdash (or similar) required.
- Strong written communication skills; you'll be assembling decks and coordinating across teams regularly.
