Job Summary

Own paid search and Shopping optimization across Google and Microsoft Ads, driving ROAS and scale through testing, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Own the end-to-end optimization of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Lead testing of ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and Shopping experiments to inform budget and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams to translate data into actionable plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Paid Search and Shopping campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads
  • Support budget pacing, forecasting, bid management, and promotional execution
  • Help drive performance across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve ROAS, traffic, and conversion
  • Build reports and deliver insights to Marketing and Brand stakeholders
  • Support testing initiatives across ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and Shopping campaigns
  • Use performance data and testing insights to inform optimization and budget allocation decisions
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Creative, and Brand Marketing
  • Stay current on evolving search automation, AI-driven campaign tools, and platform best practices

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Paid Search and/or Shopping campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experience with Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and automated bidding strategies
  • Intermediate experience using AI and automation tools to support campaign optimization, reporting, analysis, or workflow efficiency
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and analytics/reporting tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Domo, or Tableau
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Retail or eCommerce experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday, with Friday optional in office
