Responsibilities

• Support performance measurement and optimization efforts, leveraging analytics and data with strong attention to detail to forecast, monitor, and improve marketing outcomes
• Contribute to growth strategy initiatives across retail and health services marketing, driving integrated campaigns and experiences that maximize enterprise value across digital and physical channels
• Analyze marketing and business performance data, translating findings into actionable recommendations that support campaign optimization and business decision-making.
• Execute and support cross-functional digital initiatives, managing end-to-end campaign delivery and partnering closely with Creative, Digital, Analytics, and Business teams
• Advance innovation and strategic partnerships, including collaboration with SEO teams on LLM strategy and identifying new opportunities to drive customer value and growth
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through data analysis, emerging trends, and evolving capabilities such as SEO and AI/LLM-driven customer experiences.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that provide stakeholders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retail, healthcare, and consumer insights
• 2+ years of retail marketing or digital marketing/strategy experience
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with Adobe Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience)

Preferred

• Experience using Tableau and SQL to analyze data and develop reporting solutions
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target
