Job Description

Senior Analyst of Corporate Marketing - $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annually

Position Summary: This position is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, real-time reporting across premium sales, corporate partnerships, retail, and broadcast operations to support business performance and decision-making. This role ensures accurate data between systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Fanatics, Nielsen/Comscore, SuitePro, Tableau and the data warehouse, while also supporting ad hoc research and insights to identify new business opportunities. By delivering timely, accurate data and insights, this position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Drive data analysis and reporting to optimize partnership performance, pricing, and revenue, while supporting sales strategy and forecasting through actionable insights.
    • Scope, Build, and Maintain reporting (including through Tableau) and deliver insights.
    • Manage the maintenance, audits, and development of effective interfaces between KORE/Two Circle data warehouse tables and other systems to ensure accurate data relationships between systems and reporting. 
    • Analyze asset performance (digital, static, etc.) and resulting sponsorship value for corporate partners (using tools/services such as Trajektory, Meltwater, etc.).
    • Analyze asset pricing and generate models to maximize partnership revenue. 
    • Research and identify potential for new assets to be sold. 
    • Analyze partnership valuation and build scoring models for partnership opportunities.
    • Manage and document reporting on all corporate partnership sales activities, opportunities, and sales lifecycles to better illustrate pipelines, sales capacity, sales velocity and forecast wins/closure.
    • Manage and fulfill ad hoc requests for information from primary and secondary sources (e.g. YouGov, ComScore, Nielsen) to support ongoing new business and retention activities.
  • Lead reporting and data integration efforts while analyzing premium seating performance and pricing to develop revenue-maximizing models and deliver insights that support sales pipeline management and forecasting.
    • Scope, Build, and Maintain reporting, and deliver insights.
    • Manage the maintenance, audits, and development of effective interfaces between SuitePro data warehouse tables and other systems to ensure accurate data relationships between systems and reporting. 
    • Analyze premium seating pricing and develop dynamic pricing models to maximize revenue. 
    • Manage and document reporting on all premium sales activities, opportunities, and sales lifecycles to better illustrate pipelines and forecast wins/closures.
  • Lead viewership analytics and reporting by tracking audience metrics and trends, analyzing performance and demographics, and developing ad pricing and monetization insights to optimize revenue and inventory utilization.
    • Scope, Build, and Maintain reporting, and deliver insights.
    • Gather and manage viewership metrics from broadcast partners (Radio, Linear TV, Streaming, etc.)
    • Provide insight into viewership audience: Demographics, geography, etc.
    • Track KPIs such as viewership trends, audience retention, share, and reach.
    • Utilize direct-to-consumer subscriptions to match engaged broadcast users with other revenue opportunities.
    • Analyze game performance vs. season and historical trends.
    • Create ad pricing models and provide visibility and insights into inventory utilization.
  • Lead retail analytics and reporting by maintaining and enhancing data systems, ensuring data integrity across platforms, and delivering timely insights, audits, and forecasts to support sales performance and financial decision-making.
    • Scope, Build, Maintain, and Improve reporting.
    • Manage the maintenance, audits, and development of effective interfaces between the Fanatics data warehouse tables and other systems to ensure accurate data relationships between systems and reporting. 
    • Work with Fanatics, retail and finance stakeholders to perform audits, reconciliation, and forecast retail sales.
    • Manage and document just-in-time reporting on all retail sales activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Previous experience with KORE/Two Circles corporate and premium management software preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with Suite Experience Group/Suite Pro product preferred but not required.
  • Tableau Analyst or Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
  • At least one year of experience using a data reporting and visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
  • Ability to understand, write, and edit SQL queries and work with SQL databases.
  • Possess a portfolio of work demonstrating required experience listed above.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events. 
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
