What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Assortment Activation, plays a critical role in supporting business plans by identifying operational needs, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving merchandising programs. This position involves analyzing data, recommending merchandise priorities, and providing insights to senior management to enhance business performance. The role requires effective communication, project management, and collaboration with key stakeholders to implement actionable solutions. The analyst also supports training programs and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with company standards and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

What you'll do:
- Leads execution of business plans and cross-functional initiatives by aligning priorities, removing barriers, and ensuring resources, performance standards, and progress tracking are in place.
- Translates merchandise strategies into actionable programs, manages merchandising initiatives, communications, and training content, and provides insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversees training by identifying needs, supporting development, and ensuring effectiveness.
- Supports internal customers through data-driven analysis and process improvements.
- Applies expertise to guide best practices, drive alignment, and build stakeholder partnerships.
- Delivers business solutions, adapts to change, and ensures compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and operational excellence.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and executing business strategies to drive operational and merchandising improvements.
- Strong skills in data analysis and business strategy development to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including planning, prioritizing, and adapting to changing business needs.
- Ability to develop and deliver training content, evaluate effectiveness, and support continuous learning.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and fostering positive working relationships.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
