Job Summary

Own the knowledge systems that power AI agents, aligning context, data tagging, and cross-functional inputs to deliver precise retrieval and safe, durable product experiences.

  • Structure prompt-aware data and RAG readiness to minimize speculation and maximize accurate responses.
  • Bridge product, legal, and brand knowledge into agent-ready formats and align conflicting goals toward long-term, safe UX outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Structure prompt-aware content to ensure AI agents respond accurately, determining where they require deterministic context versus Large Language Model (LLM) reasoning.
  • Organize, tag, and chunk internal data to optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for instant, precise retrieval.
  • Analyze failed runs and awkward handoffs to identify context gaps, implementing real-time fixes to the agent's knowledge base.
  • Bridge departments by harvesting and translating functional knowledge from product, legal, and brand into structured, agent-digestible formats.
  • Drive alignment among cross-functional leaders with conflicting goals to advocate for durable, long-term product experience strategies that mitigate unintentional harm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in UX, or design setting, or a related field.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience in systems design, data pipeline management, and driving design and adoption of legacy marketing technology (martech).

Preferred

  • Direct experience integrating LLMs or agentic tools into production-ready web environments or growth-focused workflows.
  • Deep expertise in martech architectures or growth-focused AI applications, such as autonomous journey orchestration or algorithmic brief generation.
  • Expertise in organizing and tagging complex datasets for semantic search and retrieval systems.
  • Proven track record of defining and driving long-term product strategy in highly ambiguous environments where no precedent exists.
  • Proficiency in engineering the underlying logic of agentic workflows and working with model APIs/toolchains.
