Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of high-value, high-profile client engagements from initiation through completion.
  • Serve as the day-to-day project lead for executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, project kickoffs, and executive presentations.
  • Develop trusted client relationships and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Establish project scopes, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from mid-five figures to seven figures.
  • Build detailed work plans and oversee project execution across departments.
  • Monitor project performance, resource utilization, deadlines, and profitability.
  • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams including account services, creative, consulting, communications, events, media, and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressively responsible project management experience in an agency, consulting, marketing, or related professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, high-profile client engagements
  • Proven track record managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines
  • Experience presenting to senior executives, board members, and public-sector or corporate leadership teams
  • Experience managing project budgets and resource allocation

Preferred

  • Experience influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Experience leading complex, multi-channel marketing, communications, brand, and community engagement initiatives for medium to large organizations
