Own the regional admissions and community-outreach engine for two Metro West senior-living campuses, balancing inquiry handling, occupancy growth, and partner networks.

Ownership: manage inquiries, tours, and follow-ups to convert prospects into residents.
Growth & Partnerships: build referrals with providers and community orgs to lift occupancy.
Collaboration & Reporting: align with the Central Admissions Team on admissions and track leads, referrals, and occupancy trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage phone and email inquiries, tours, and follow-up for prospective residents and families.
Develop and execute outreach plans to grow Rest Home and Assisted Living occupancy.
Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners.
Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
Collaborate with the Central Admissions Team on Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation admissions.
Track leads, referrals, occupancy trends, and outreach activities.

Requirements

2–4 years of admissions, community relations, business development, or senior living sales experience.
Experience in Assisted Living, Rest Home, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferred.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple communities.
Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
