Job Summary

Own the regional admissions and community-outreach engine for two Metro West senior-living campuses, balancing inquiry handling, occupancy growth, and partner networks.

  • Ownership: manage inquiries, tours, and follow-ups to convert prospects into residents.
  • Growth & Partnerships: build referrals with providers and community orgs to lift occupancy.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: align with the Central Admissions Team on admissions and track leads, referrals, and occupancy trends.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone and email inquiries, tours, and follow-up for prospective residents and families.
  • Develop and execute outreach plans to grow Rest Home and Assisted Living occupancy.
  • Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and community partners.
  • Plan and coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Central Admissions Team on Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation admissions.
  • Track leads, referrals, occupancy trends, and outreach activities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of admissions, community relations, business development, or senior living sales experience.
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Rest Home, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple communities.
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
