Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating website content, product datasheets, and online collateral
  • Support the creation of marketing content for campaigns, marketing materials and thought leadership
  • Support in editing and format presentations and reports for internal and external audiences
  • Support in competitive research and compile insights to support marketing strategies
  • Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and social media engagement
  • Support social media campaigns with graphic design assets
  • Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, or promotional activities
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, corporate marketing) and external vendors
  • Prepare event materials including signage, handouts, giveaways, and product displays
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications, graphic design, or related program
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Basic understanding of website CMS (WordPress, Drupal, or similar) is a plus
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
