We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The successful candidate own billing, reconcile and analyze complex data sets, and confidently partner with account teams, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end process for client billing across media and production projects
Reconcile client budgets, POs, actuals, and labor hours
Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate solutions to all stakeholders
Manage AR collections and vendor payments
Prepare monthly closing report for client and company
Maintain and improve data accuracy in ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)
Collaborate with account teams, clients, and vendors; constructively challenge as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience in finance / working in a similar role
Experience with vendor cost management, time tracking & billing, or production accounting preferred
Bachelor's Degree required, Finance or Accounting Degree preferred
Strong knowledge of billing and accounting concepts
Able to draft a P&L
Excel skills (formulas, clean data handling, executive reporting – more than the basics!)
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with firm deadlines
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and understanding of broader business objectives
Proactive, accountable, and able to make decisions with limited supervision
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills with clients and other departments
Results oriented and improvement driven mindset is welcome

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
