Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in public relations, communications, brand marketing, or related fields within an agency or fast-paced communications environment.
• Strong media relations experience, with a track record of building journalist relationships, securing earned coverage, and supporting executive visibility programs.
• Experience developing and executing communications programs that support brand and business objectives.
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills, with experience developing client-facing materials.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
• Curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex communications challenges while building strong client relationships.

Preferred

• Experience contributing to integrated campaigns spanning earned, owned, social, executive visibility, or reputation management programs.
• Experience supporting business development, client growth initiatives, or new business pitches.
