6–8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
Experience working on or helping coordinate multi‑disciplinary account teams.
Strong background supporting or managing integrated campaigns, including product launches.
Ability to help develop integrated ideas and contribute to strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and support account growth.
Proven collaborator and trusted partner to clients and internal teams.
Experience mentoring junior staff and contributing to a positive team culture.
Solid business acumen and understanding of how to support account growth and operational excellence.
