Responsibilities

You will be the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of accounts at a small, independent agency.
You'll run the work, manage clients, lead resources, and stay on the critical path of what gets made.
You'll be writing scopes, building timelines, sitting in client meetings, reviewing creative, and pushing projects forward yourself.
You'll have great people around you and real ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

4 to 6+ years of account or project management experience at a digital, creative, or integrated marketing agency.
Base-level knowledge and perspective across CRM and email (Klaviyo a plus), social media, paid digital media, creative services, and technical web development.
Comfort in project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp) plus Google Workspace and Slack.
Comfort with AI tooling. We believe in it and we use it. If you're not already adopting it, you'll be behind on day one.
