Responsibilities

• A Senior Account Executive for bread & Butter is responsible for managing and answering the needs of the client daily.
• Senior Account Executives serve as representatives of the company and as liaisons between the company and the client.
• Senior Account Executives oversee the work of Assistant Account Executives and report to the Account Supervisor.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of post-undergraduate, full-time PR experience in hospitality and/or travel required, preferably with agency vs. in-house.
• Enjoys crafting tailored, effective comprehensive media plans and pitches that are creative, thoughtful and help move clients toward their goals.
• Possesses and knows how to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level regional and national print, online, and broadcast media important to clients.
• A passion for cultivating talent and helping our teams grow. How can we be better?
• Appreciates the art of dotting I’s and crossing T’s. The devil is in the details.
• Be the sounding board and resource for clients, leading the teams on calls, in meetings and knowing when to shift course to get back on track.

Preferred

• Media junkie - there’s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen.
