Job Description

Senior Account Executive - Remote

About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive supporting the Retail Consultancy team, you will play a vital role in bringing retailer-specific strategies to life through day-to-day execution and cross-functional coordination. Sitting between strategic planning and flawless activation, you’ll be responsible for moving work forward, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional, retail-aligned solutions for our clients.

You will serve as a key point of contact internally, helping ensure deliverables are informed by strategy, meet client expectations, and align with retailer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executional Ownership: Manage timelines, deliverables, budget management, and task lists for assigned programs—ensuring on-time and on-strategy execution across shopper, retail media, and in-store deliverables.
  • Retailer & Client Understanding: Support the translation of retail strategy into executional briefs and client-ready documents that reflect retailer nuances, tone, and tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with creative, project management, media, and RMN and 3P vendors to move work through the system efficiently.
  • Internal Communication: Keep project trackers up to date, facilitate internal status updates, and flag risks or roadblocks to the Account Supervisor or Director.
  • Quality Control: Review and route deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and retailer compliance before client review.
  • Retail Readiness: Stay informed on retailer-specific platforms, programs, and processes, and help ensure our work meets all requirements for execution.
  • Client Support: Support client-facing team members by preparing materials, taking notes, and capturing next steps during meetings.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency or CPG environment, preferably in shopper marketing, retail media, or commerce activation
  • Working knowledge of key U.S. retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, Dollar General, Family Dollar) and how brands execute within their ecosystems
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive communicator and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with retail media networks, shopper tactics, and executional workflows
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a bias for action and learning

Why Join Us

We’re redefining what it means to build truly retail-back strategies that drive growth. As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be a critical part of the team that ensures our strategy becomes reality—executed flawlessly and in alignment with what drives results for both brands and retailers.
