You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many of the world’s most innovative AI companies. Across our two agencies — 120/80 MKTG and AOx3 — we serve as the lead narrators in telling the story of how AI is changing and improving healthcare and life sciences. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key driver of day-to-day account execution, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and client expectations are consistently met
  • Own project management across accounts, including tracking timelines, coordinating internal teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned
  • Support account leads by anticipating needs, preparing materials, and ensuring seamless client communication
  • Develop agendas, take detailed notes, and manage follow-ups for client and internal meetings
  • Draft and edit a range of content, including press releases, pitches, blog posts, and social copy
  • Conduct media research, support pitching efforts, and engage with journalists and industry stakeholders
  • Identify and support opportunities for earned media, speaking engagements, awards, and thought leadership
  • Maintain strong organization across accounts, including scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries, particularly healthcare and healthtech, to inform stronger storytelling and strategy
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in an agency, in-house communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or a strong interest in learning the space
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting PR and marketing content
  • Exposure to media relations, including pitching and/or working with journalists
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate team and client needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and occasional tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with a service-oriented mindset and willingness to support where needed
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and media monitoring platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, etc.)

Salary Range: $70,000-$76,000/yr
