Responsibilities

• Running the show on a portfolio of B2B accounts. Margins, timelines, strategy, all of it.
• Being the person clients call when they need a real strategic partner, not a status update.
• Wrangling internal teams (creative, strategy, media, tech) to keep the work moving.
• Using AI tools like Claude to kill the busywork so you can spend your brain power on the stuff that actually matters.
• Mentoring account managers and coordinators without turning into a micromanager.

Requirements

• 8+ years in account or project management at a marketing or ad agency.
• You understand how the work actually gets made, not just how to talk about it.
• You've managed the financial health of an account before and didn't flinch.
• B2B demand gen, ABM, marketing automation, all familiar territory.
• Comfortable with AI tools, or at least curious enough to get there fast. We'll help.
• You can hold your own with senior client execs and still roll your sleeves up when it counts.
