Job Summary

Own campus level growth by running monthly launches, pop-up activations, and student-outreach while crafting hyper-local content and tracking signups against enrollment goals.

  • Campus Activation: Launch monthly campus initiatives with pop-ups and targeted flyering in high-traffic student areas.
  • Outreach & Partnerships: Pitch Dropt to student groups and secure collaborations with local off-campus businesses.
  • Learning & Execution: Collaborate with central leadership to translate campus insights into growth playbooks and measure daily progress.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly launches at your campus.
  • Campus Execution & Tabling: Run highly visible pop-up tables at major campus hubs and distribute physical marketing assets, including targeted flyering in high-traffic student spaces.
  • Student Organization & Business Outreach: Pitch Dropt directly to student groups and campus clubs, while securing partnerships with local off-campus businesses.
  • Central Strategy Collaboration: Partner directly with the central leadership and other interns to brainstorm, refine, and build growth playbooks based on your unique campus insights.
  • Campus Content Management: Capture, create, and manage hyper-localized social media content that speaks directly to your university's specific culture and student trends.
  • Conversion Tracking: Monitor and track daily profile sign-ups, download data, and enrollment metrics to measure the exact success of your local marketing experiments.

Requirements

  • Incoming/Current undergraduate student at an SEC school with interest in the startup space, preferably majoring in marketing, communications, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance combined with active involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across campus networks and with a central corporate team.
  • Expected to adapt rapidly to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, high communication fluency, creativity, and self-confidence.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Preferred

  • A proven history of collegiate-level leadership, such as an executive role in a campus club, student organization, or Greek life chapter.
