Job Summary

Own the in store customer experience by driving day to day sales, aligning operations to the customer at the center, and feeding back to leadership on opportunities.

Customer experience and sales: own daily to monthly targets and ensure RL brand standards on the floor.
Channel and tech enablement: leverage More Ways to Shop and new tools to expand purchase paths like QR codes and digital catalogs.
Feedback and collaboration: provide ongoing input to management on opportunities and category needs.
