Define and execute SEO roadmap (keyword strategy, content plan, internal linking) for game titles & product pages.
Manage technical and on-page SEO priorities (index strategy, canonical/redirect logic, CWV basics, sitemap).
Coordinate with developers & content teams: write clear tickets, set acceptance criteria, perform QA and post-launch analysis.
Build dashboards and report performance using GSC, GA4 and SEO tools; translate data into prioritized actions.
Mentor Mid/Junior SEOs and improve SEO processes, checklists and SOPs.

4+ years SEO experience; prior experience leading SEO projects or teams.
Strong technical + content SEO knowledge and proven growth case studies.
Proficient with GSC, GA4 and SEO tools (Ahrefs / Semrush / Screaming Frog or equivalent).
Data-driven mindset, excellent cross-team communication and project management.
Good English communication (spoken & written) — required.
Experience in gaming / esports / entertainment or related digital product is a strong plus.
