Job Summary

Own and optimize the SEO program end-to-end, turning data into growth by defining strategy, executing on-site and off-site campaigns, and reporting impact to leadership.

  • Own SEO strategy and campaign execution to drive organic growth across local and long-tail searches.
  • Analyze performance across Google/Bing tools and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Lead link-building and workflow planning to support recurring client work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies and campaign configurations to drive organic growth.
  • Utilize Google and Bing services, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google My Business, and Bing Places, to analyze and optimize SEO performance.
  • Craft and execute both local and long-tail search strategies to enhance visibility and attract targeted traffic.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on search performance and SEO metrics to the project management team and senior management.
  • Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming & recurring clients.
  • Define the requirements, tasks, and resources necessary for successful SEO strategy implementation.
  • Oversee the execution and management of SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay current with the latest SEO, search engines, and internet marketing trends to continuously refine and improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Computer Science, Business).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date understanding of SEO trends and industry best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning.
