Job Description
Responsibilities
- Run my Claude workspace day to day: use my projects, skills and prompts to produce audits, posts, articles and reports at the standard I set
- Work through Google Business Profile corrections and optimizations from my written checklists
- Clean up business listings across directories and portals (name, address, phone, licensing numbers)
- Schedule approved Google Business Profile posts
- Publish approved blog posts and answer pages to client sites and to mine
- Pull data and screenshots for monthly client reports
- Run monthly SEO, AEO and GEO visibility checks from my checklists
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Business Profile work: optimization, category and service setup, verification, and suspended or duplicate profile reinstatement
- 2+ years of local citation and directory cleanup (name, address, phone consistency across directories and portals)
- Daily use of Claude or ChatGPT for real work, with prompts you can show me
- Ability to learn an existing AI operating system (projects, skills, prompt libraries) and run it without a walkthrough
- Strong prompt writing: you get specific, usable output, and you fix the prompt when the output is weak
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO: title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, schema basics
- Comfortable publishing in website CMS platforms such as Squarespace, WordPress or Wix
- Precise checklist execution, with the judgment to flag what doesn't match instead of guessing
- Clear written communication and a one-business-day response time on weekdays
Preferred
- Real estate or mortgage marketing experience
- Familiarity with NMLS records and mortgage advertising compliance
- Experience with AEO and GEO (getting cited in AI answers, not just ranked on Google)
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reporting
- HubSpot experience
