SEO Manager — Everspark Interactive

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Revenue Share

Everspark Interactive is a performance-driven SEO and lead generation agency for law firms. We're looking for a senior SEO Manager to own strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and drive measurable growth across a portfolio of client accounts.

This is a leadership role with real commercial weight. You'll be responsible not just for rankings — but for client retention, account growth, and the performance of the team delivering it all.

What You'll Own:

• Full SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of law firm clients
• Leading and developing heads of Content, Link Building, and Development
• Setting and tracking KPIs across accounts and internal teams
• Managing project delivery and deadlines across Monday.com
• Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to account growth
• Serving as the SEO authority on client calls and quarterly strategy reviews
• Building strategies that perform across traditional and AI-driven search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity)

What We're Looking For:

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience — agency background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and hitting KPIs
• Commercial mindset — understands how SEO ties to revenue, retention, and growth
• Confident in owning client relationships and presenting strategy at a senior level
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Strong working knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page, and emerging AI search trends
